1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers We use trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely, including: FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress.

4. Taxes and Duties

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is included in the product price displayed on our website.

  • Import Duties & Customs Fees (International Orders): For international shipments (outside the United States), your package may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

    • Please Note: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these additional charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Sleeplora is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee of $8.00 USD will be charged to reship the item.

  • If you realize you have made an error, please contact us strictly within 24 hours of placing your order at support@sleeplora.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has entered the processing phase.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
