At Sleeplora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund strictly under the conditions outlined below.

1. General Return Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the package was delivered. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

  • Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by our support team. Please contact us at support@sleeplora.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

2.1 Defective or Damaged Items (Full Refund) We will issue a full refund if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or shattered upon arrival.

  • The product size differs from what was ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

2.2 Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind) If you wish to return a non-defective item (e.g., changed mind), we accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, inserts, and protective elements are included.

  • Refund Amount: We will refund the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery (e.g., tearing, bending, water damage, or improper handling).

  • Items missing original packaging or protective elements.

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products with custom messages, designs, or colors cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear that do not affect the product’s structural quality.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or shipping addresses.

  • If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order. Please verify all order details carefully before purchasing.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • Late Cancellations: Requests made after 6 hours may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

6. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@sleeplora.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order #]". Please include:

    • Proof of purchase.

    • Photos/Video showing the defect (if applicable).

  2. Approval: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a return address and instructions.

  3. Ship: Ship the item using a traceable carrier (with a tracking number).

  4. Confirm: Email us the tracking number or a copy of the return receipt.

7. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our facility.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.

9. Important Disclaimers

  • Sleeplora is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.

  • Only items confirmed by our team as eligible for return will be refunded. Please do not return items without prior approval.
